Michael Dreyfus has had over 25 years of repeated success in residential real estate. He currently ranks as one of the leading sales agents in the Silicon Valley/Peninsula area and has regular appearances on the Wall Street Journal/Real Trend’s list of America’s Top 250 Agents.
His recent sales have been often and varied, including some of the highest sales recorded in Palo Alto, Woodside and Atherton. He has also sold homes in Menlo Park, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Portola Valley, San Carlos, San Mateo, and has established a specialty in the high end market and the neighborhoods of North Palo Alto. In addition, he has represented clients in high-end resort purchases throughout California.
As well as being an active sales agent, Michael is President, Silicon Valley for Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. He is an industry thought leader and has been interviewed on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, ABC News and Fortune/CNN/Money regarding market trends and events. Along with blogging and regular newsletter writing, he has also written a real estate column for The Palo Alto Weekly and is the founder of The Peninsula Magazine.
Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Attorney-at-law. He is a member of the National and California Association of Realtors, and the Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Tahoe/Sierra and Southern California multiple listing services. He is active in the community, having served in various school and athletic positions, on the Board of Directors for the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation, and as a director on the Save the Bay foundation board. He is a long time financial supporter of local schools and charities and is a regular sponsor of the Palo Alto Art Center’s Glass Pumpkin Festival, The Gamble Garden Association’s annual Palo Alto Garden Tour and Castilleja School’s Arts with a Heart event. After 15 years as a resident in Palo Alto, he and his family moved to the town of Woodside.
Noelle Queen is a licensed real estate agent working with Michael Dreyfus and Ashley Banks as a sales team at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. Noelle participates in all aspects of the team’s business including origination, listing preparation, marketing, negotiations, client communications and escrow coordination. Noelle has substantial experience in listing preparation, working closely with the teams’ clients in preparing their homes for sale.
Prior to working as a sales associate, Noelle was the Business Manager at Dreyfus Properties, overseeing operations in both offices.
Having orchestrated two cross-country moves for her own family of five, Noelle has a unique perspective into the challenges of moving a household with children in tow. She has been an active community volunteer for over two decades, finding service the best way to make a new community feel like home. As a member of the Junior League, Noelle has chaired fundraisers, worked on project committees and served on the Board of Directors. As a school volunteer, she has served as a PTA chair and chaired large fundraisers. She continues to serve on the Gamble Garden Spring Tour committee.
Noelle and her husband live in the Duveneck neighborhood of Palo Alto with their three teenaged children, all of whom attend or have graduated from Palo Alto High School.

Ashley Banks is a licensed real estate agent working with Michael Dreyfus and Noelle Queen as a sales team at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty.
She has over five years of experience in the real estate industry, working with agents, buyers and sellers. She participates in all aspects of the sales process including origination, listing preparation, marketing, negotiations, client communication and escrow coordination. Ashley has substantial experience in transaction coordination, and functions as the team’s transaction and escrow coordinator.
Prior to working in real estate, Ashley worked in high-tech marketing for several companies in Silicon Valley, where she has lived since 1996. Before moving to the Valley, she lived in Los Angeles and worked in television production.Ashley is a very active volunteer in the local community. She is the past President and an active volunteer with the La Entrada PTA. She has also served on the board of the Las Lomitas Education Foundation, where she co-chaired the school auction for two years. She has chaired multiple programs at these schools, and has enjoyed getting to know the families in her community. Ashley has also been a tutor for All Students Matter, an organization that helps children in East Palo Alto.
Ashley grew up in Monterey, California. Locally, she has lived in Palo Alto, San Carlos, San Mateo and now lives in the University Heights area of Menlo Park with her two daughters who attend La Entrada Middle School and Menlo Atherton High School.
